The Solan Connor Fawcett Family Cancer Trust knows how a cancer diagnosis can change everything.Team Solan was established in 2015 to help improve the quality of life of children and adults who have been affected by a cancer diagnosis or bereavement. We are based in County Durham and provide bespoke help and support for those whose lives have been turned upside down by a cancer diagnosis.
