On the 7th of September I will be taking on the challenge of running the Great North Run for Cancer Research UK, covering the distance of 13.1-miles in 1 hour 50 minutes. The route will go from Newcastle City Center all the way to South Shields and will see me running at a 8:23 per mile or 5:13 per kilometer pace.
