Hello! We're Maria and Matthew, we're siblings, and we're taking part in the Great North Run this year for Epilepsy Action! We've both grown to love taking part in the Great North Run and this year we've decided to raise money as a team. We'd love to absolutely smash our fundraising target of £700 in the lead up to the event, but we'll need your help to cross the finish line on Sunday 7th September.
Why Epilepsy Action?
When Matthew was younger he was diagnosed with epilepsy and this has had a significant impact on his life ever since. Without the vital research and care of charities like Epilepsy Action, Matthew would not have been able to receive the treatment to live a normal life like everyone else. Because of this we want to give back to Epilepsy Action as much as we can this year.
