My Story
In September I will be taking part in The Great North Run for The Brain Tumour Charity. They are the world's leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally. With your support they can continue to be committed to saving and improving lives to both those diagnosed and those close affected.
I will be running in memory of my uncle Kevin who passed away with a brain tumour on the 7th February 2019. Although I was quite young when my uncle passed, I will never forget how much he loved the outdoors and physical activity like when he introduced me to his love for the Scouts and camping. I hope this run can remind our family of how much he made us all laugh and smile even through the hardest of times.
Your donation could help families like Kevin’s get both the support and research needed to overcome the difficulties of being diagnosed with a brain tumour.
