My Story

This year we are running for CNTW Shine fund and I'm delighted to be running with my son Joe! I am the director of nursing and therapies for the trust and I get to see the vital work the charity supports every day, they are amazing and the support to our patients and families is so well appreciated. Joe will be running his very first GNR this year and I'm so pleased he has choosen to run for Shine and now I get to run it with him! He chose to run for Shine to raise awareness and support for young men's mental health.
I'm also getting married on Thursday 11th September straight after GNR and my fiancé Colin is also running so it's a real family affair! 
Please help Joe and I to raise as much money as possible for the amazing Shine and raise vital funds for this wonderful charity and increase awareness for men's mental health. Thank you.
