My Story

This year, I’m taking on The Great North Run in support of If U Care Share, a charity dedicated to suicide prevention and supporting those affected by it. Men’s mental health is something that too often goes unspoken, and I know firsthand how tough that struggle can be. I’ve faced my own battles in the past, but I was lucky. I had a support system, a safety net to catch me when I needed it most. Not everyone has that. That’s why I’m running: to help this charity be there for those who feel like they have nowhere to turn.
